What are Support Points?

Support points provide with ability for you to receive the fastest and the most qualified support. Support points act as a payment system, or a prepaid digital currency - think of it like an Obritscripts debit card, as you use support a certain value will be deducted from your points. You have three ways to get the points:

What rules are there for using Support Points?

Users may post questions in the forum and if another user feels they can solve this person's problem then the person who thinks that can solve the problem should reply to the post with a request for Support points. For example: Help me! I'm new, how can I get rid of debug data at the bottom of my search. You may ask for 10 points from this person as it is an easy fix and you can either explain them or do it for them (if they provide Admin password for SmartPPC).

How can I pass Support Points to other user?

To pass Support Points to other user you must do the following:

  • On forum, under a name of a person to which you want to donate points “Donate” button is located.
  • Click on "Donate" link and set Support Points quantity which you want to pass.

What benefits will I receive while using it?

The benefits of using Support Points are simple and clear. Using Support Points you can get problems fixed not only from Orbitscripts support, but other experienced users of SmartPPC. Also you can use Support Points to add new features to your SmartPPC SE script or any other of our products.

What can I do if I have spent all my Support Points?

In the case if you have spent all of your Support Points you can add Support Points using PayPal or E-Gold (+10%).

The cost to purchase Support Points is 3 Support Points = 1 US dollar. When transferring you should indicate your forum nickname and the destination of the payment.
There is a minimum of 300 Points each time you buy points!

Could I return Support Points to get USD cash value?

No, sorry you can't! Support Points are non-refundable. Support Points are on your own deposit balance, reserved and stored in our database with no cash value.

Which requests to support will not be charged?

Support Points would not take for any questions that directly relate to bugs in our products. In any other cases Orbitscripts Team has rights to decide to take or not to take Support Points for consideration of your time spent. We always will be fair to you, but as "Time is Money" we cannot work for free.
