SmartPPC Search Guides
Make sure your server meets or exceeds the minimal requirements for running SmartPPC Search. If your server does not meet these requirements, contact us and we will install and configure all the necessary software on your server.
In addition, you can use our servers for SmartPPC Search. We have two server plans: Orbitscripts hosting or Dedicated Server from Orbitscripts. When you use one of our plans, you don't have to worry about server requirements!
Minimal Hardware System Requirements:
- Celeron 1.3GHz processor
- 256MB RAM
- 500MB of hard disk space
Recommended Hardware System Requirements:
- Pentium/Xeon series processors
- 1GB RAM
- 5GB of hard disk space
Server PHP Requirements:
- PHP 5.2.0 or later
- PHP modules: curl, gettext, mbstring, pdo (pdo-sqlite, pdo-mysql), iconv, simplexml, soap, json, GD
- PHP setting: allow_url_fopen=On, disable_functions=no value, enable_dl=On, safe_mode=Off
- Zend Optimizer 2.5.10 or later
Server MySQL Requirements:
- MySql server 4.1.x or later
Server System Requirements:
- GCC compiler with C++ support
- Supported platforms:
- Fedora Core
- CentOS
- RedHat Enterprise
- FreeBSD (4.x, 5.x, 6.x)
- Supported Web Servers:
- Apache 1.3.x;
- Apache 2.0.x;
