Define channels (places where advertisements will show up) on your web site(s). If you already display ads of different ad networks, create channels on the same places where you have ads.
Even though you do not have your own advertisers yet, you make money on advertisements from Javascript feeds and XML feeds. To do this, signup as a partner of Javascript feed providers (Google AdSense, Yahoo! Publisher Network, Microsoft Adcenter, AdBrite, Kontera, Target Point, etc.). Once you get your feeds, contact Orbitscripts to integrate them into the system.

Set prices for your own direct ads that will be more profitable than the commissions paid by XML feeds and Javascript feeds for displaying their ads on your sites.

Put an “Advertise here” button or link on your site that will forward advertisers to your signup page.
