Administrator Features

  • Ad Publishing
    The Administrator can place ads on an unlimited number of websites. For each site, the Administrator defines ad channels where ads will be displayed.
  • Create CPC, CPM and Flat Rate prices
    For each ad channel, the Administrator can create CPC, CPM and Flat Rate prices. The CPC price is the price for a single click on advertisement. The CPM price is the price per set number of ad impressions. The Flat Rate price is one fee for a pre-determined time period during which the ad will be displayed.
  • Create color pallets for ad blocks
    The Administrator can set up colors of advertisement to fit site color style.
  • 4 Types of Visitor Security Policy
    SmartPPC Evo includes numerous security features including “Rapid-click” security method, Proxy blocking, Countries blocking and "Ad display and click" security method. Our integrated algorithms allow the Administrator to filter out fraudulent clicks or undesirable visitors.
  • 2 Default Payment Gateways
    Authorize and PayPal are integrated into the system by default.
  • News Article Distribution
    The Administrator can post news articles in users’ control panels.
  • Email Users
    The Administrator can send emails to all or to certain system users.

    Detailed reports allow the Administrator to analyze system efficiency and get information on usage statistics.

  • Manage Advertisers
    The Administrator has full access to information on each advertiser and can login to Advertisers' Control Panels.

    Reports can be exported to an XLS or CSV format
  • Variable Ad Formats
    The Administrator can select channel format (height and width) from predefined formats.
  • Google AdSense
    The Administrator defines his Google AdSense javascript code to display Google Ads in cases where ads relevant to a channel are not available in the system.
  • Contextual Ads
    The Administrator can select Contextual Ads for channels. In these cases, ads from Feeds in the channel will be relevant to subjects in the page's content.
  • Multi-keyword Ads
    The Administrator can define keywords for ad channels. In these cases, ads from Feeds displayed in the channel will be relevant to the pre-defined keywords.
  • Targeting
    There are 9 targeting types in the system: countries, languages, browsers, IP-addresses, etc. These allow the Administrator to set rules for the advertisements displaying for each channel.
  • Sites Categories
    The Administrator creates categories for sites added to the system.
  • Channel Categories
    The Administrator assigns each channel to a certain category.
  • Color palettes tool
    The Administrator can customize the look and feel of ads to fit site style and design.

    Ads within a campaign can be grouped into ad groups.

    Advertisers can target their ad campaign delivery to visitors of certain languages, countries, operating systems, browsers, IP-addresses, etc.
  • Convenient tool to select channels for ads publishing
    When creating a new ad campaign, Advertisers can select necessary channels by site category, by channel category, by site name or by price.
  • Ad Scheduling
    Advertisers can set days of week and times during which a campaign is active.
  • Set Number of Daily Impressions
    Advertisers can set maximum number of daily impressions for ad groups.
  • Ads import
    When creating a new ad campaign, Advertisers can import existing ads from their other campaigns.
