Administrator Features
As the Ad Market Administrator, you have access to numerous features and functions. These include:- Ads Distribution
Your Publishers display your Advertisers' ads on their websites. You define a separate commission rate for each Publisher and share the revenue with Publishers according to that commission rate. - Ads Publishing
You can serve ads on your own websites. For each website, you can define ad places (channels) where ads will be output. - Various Ad Formats
You can select channel height and width from predefined formats. - CPM, Flat Rate, CPC
For each of your own ad channels, you can create CPM and Flat Rate prices. The CPM price is the price per set number of ad impressions. The Flat Rate price is fee for a pre-determined time period during which the ad will be displayed. In order to maximize your revenue, you can set a minimal CPC bid per websites. Advertisers have to set bids higher than the minimal one on order to appear. - Color Palettes Tool
You can customize look and feel of ads to fit his site style and design. - 5 Types of Visitor Security Policy

Ad Market provides robust Advertiser features and functionality, including:- Create Campaigns
Advertisers have the ability to create their own ad campaigns based on CPM/Flat Rate or CPC. - Text and Image Ads
Advertisers can create text, image and flash ads. - Grouping of Ads Within a Campaign
Ads within a campaign can be grouped into ad groups. - Ads Targeting
Using 9 targeting methods Advertisers can target their ad campaigns based on language, country, operating systems, browsers, IP-addresses, etc. - Convenient tool to select channels for ads publishing
When creating a new ad campaign, the Advertiser can select channels by site category, by channel category, by site name or by price. - Ad Scheduling

Publisher can display ads on his websites. For each site, Administrator defines ad spaces (channels) where advertisements from SmartPPC Ad Market will be output. - Various Ad Formats
Publisher can select channel format (height and width) from predefined formats. - Create CPM, Flat Rate prices and set minimal CPC bids

Advertisers deposit money into an escrow, so Publishers do not have to worry about receiving their money after they deliver the paid for amount of impressions or the clicks. Once the clicks and impressions are delivered, the money is transferred into the Publisher's balance.
