Your users may adjust the settings of the People Search box: box caption, number of results per page, enabled search engines.

In the administrative control panel section Search → Search type → People administrators can adjust the People Search type: search type title, description, number of results per page, XML feeds settings, and search sources. They may also mix XML feeds results with organic search results.
