Orbit Search's Multi-Language Plug-in allows users to choose the language in which they would like to view your website.

The Multi-Language Plug-in lets you expand the functionality of your system. Once the plug-in is integrated into your system, your users can choose the language in which they would like to view the interface.

Using the administrative control panel section Settings → Locales, the administrator has the ability to choose from a multitude of languages in which to view the system interface. It's easy to specify a new language based on the existing browser language. When setting a new language, the administrator sets the options: basic locale (from the list of standard locales), flag, date format and time format.
After a new language is selected on the server in the system folder "Locale", a new folder will be added automatically and named according to the new language selected. This folder will contain a file with the content shown on the image. It takes very little time to convert it. Once the file is converted use the command - msgfmt.sh and the selected language will be activated in your system automatically.
