Billing Invoice Plug-in

Orbit Ad Market’s Billing Invoice Plug-in allows advertisers to deposit money into their Orbit Ad Market account via bank transfer.

Using the Administrative Control Panel section Payments → Payment Gateways the administrator can adjust settings for the payment gateways implemented. For the Bank payment gateway the administrator manages the following settings to deposit and withdraw money: bank name, bank information, deposit commission and withdraw commission.
Using the Advertiser Control Panel section Payments → Make Payments, the advertiser may top up his/her balance using a bank transfer. To do a bank transfer the advertiser simply selects Bank as the payment gateway from the drop-down menu, enters the desired amount in the Amount field, and confirms the payment.
Using the Administrative Control Panel section Payments → Invoices List the administrator can view a list of all advertiser invoices. Once an administrator confirms an advertisers payment has cleared and has been added to the administrators account, the administrator adds that amount to the advertisers balance by clicking the Pay to Account button next to the name of the advertiser who remitted the payment. The money will be added to that advertisers account balance. Administrators must complete the Pay to Account step to confirm an advertisers payment and add that amount to the advertisers balance.
When an advertiser transfers the money for the first time they will need to enter the following billing information: Company, Full name, City, State, Address, ZIP/Postal Code, Phone and Fax. Advertisers can view and edit their billing information in the control panel section Payments → Billing information.
After an advertiser has confirmed payment he/she can view the invoice information: reference number, amount to transfer and account information of the recipient (the administrator).
Using the advertiser control panel section Payments → Make Payments the advertiser can view the list of all requested invoices. In this section advertiser can view: reference number, balance amount, pay amount, status and date of request

Once the Billing Invoice Plug-in is integrated into your system, your advertisers will have the ability to add money to their account via bank transfer. To do a bank transfer advertisers simply select “Bank” as the payment gateway in the control panel and make their deposit. After the administrator confirms the remittance, the amount requested will be added to the advertiser’s account balance.
