What Multi Language Plug-in is?
Multi Language Plug-in is a very handy, powerful and flexible system for dynamic changing of templates on your site. It was designed to give visitors of your site an ability to carry out searches and produce results in their native language. Another amazing feature of Multi Language plug-in is numerous graphic designs you can choose from. This feature allows you to change the "Look and Feel" of your site as many times as you want. Your users can choose their favorite from several designs. The new plug-in not only allows you to change color schemes it allows you to change modification and style of the whole site. Number of supported languages and/or designs depends on your wish only . This plug-in is capable to automatically detect language of first-time visitors of your site or to remember settings for regular visitors. It supports a combined work with other SmartPPC plug-ins; you can select separate spellchecker database for each language or edit the set of templates for My Portal plug-in.
For adding a new language to site, administrator must enter Admin Area page and type the name of new language and two-letter code for it. After that a new set of site templates is generated automatically in folder with two-letter code name. Now you can translate and edit these templates at your will. Also you can change the appearance of your site for this language. On a separate section of admin area you can translate text messages not included in templates.
When visitor comes to your site, plug-in checks if it's his first visit. Script detects language of the visitor. On next visits plug-in selects language used by visitor in previous sessions.
